Couch to 5K with
i AM fitness 


COUCH TO 5K RUNNING CLINIC - for the total beginner - 8 weeks programming to take you from the couch to completing a 5K run (run will be organized by i AM fitness, and is included in the clinic fee). Only prerequisite, you must be able to walk for a minimum of 30 minutes. 
WHEN: Weekly training runs building to cover a 5K distance.

WHAT: In person or online guest speakers included on a variety of topics including injury prevention, running gait, strength training and stretching, nutrition and hydration, and how to incorporate running into your overall fitness plan, in addition to our actual run time (total time ~45 mins). As we progress, we will spend closer to the full 45 minutes on our run.

April 29 - June 12 - 2 options for clinic meetups noted below

Sundays 7pm @ Jackie Parker Park (April 29 - June 10) OR
Tuesdays 7pm @ Callaghan Park (May 1 - June 12)
Attend one or both runs with Coach Tracy each week! Choose your main clinic below - but you're welcome to attend both runs!

COST: $60 (includes all info sessions/ online support, 8 week training program,
5K Pizza Fun Run ). Please choose your prefered clinic day/time (note: you are welcome to join us for your clinic or for both weekly runs as they will be the same.) Once registered, please request to join the private clinic facebook group via the link below!
