Couch to 5K with
i AM fitness 

 

COUCH TO 5K RUNNING CLINIC - for the total beginner - 8 weeks programming to take you from the couch to completing a 5K run (run will be organized by i AM fitness, and is included in the clinic fee). Only suggested prerequisite, you must be able to walk for a minimum of 30 minutes. 
WHEN: Weekly training runs building to cover a 5K distance.


WHAT: In person or online guest speakers included on a variety of topics including injury prevention, running gait, strength training and stretching, nutrition and hydration, and how to incorporate running into your overall fitness plan, in addition to our actual run time (total time ~45 mins). As we progress, we will spend closer to the full 45 minutes on our run.

Wednesdays 12pm LEDCOR (7008 Roper Rd NW) April 17 - June 5 with Coach Christy
Thursdays 7pm TWIN BROOKS (11341 12 Ave NW) April 18 - June 6 with Coach Victoria
Mondays 7pm MILL WOODS PARK (23 Ave & 66 St) April 22 - June 10 with Coach Tracy


Attend one or more runs with Coach Tracy, Coach Victoria or Coach Christy each week! Choose/note your main clinic below - but you're welcome to attend any or all runs!


COST: $65 (includes all info sessions/ online support, 8 week training program,
5K Pizza Fun Run ). Please choose your prefered clinic day/time (note: you are welcome to join us for your clinic or for multiple weekly runs as they will be the same each week.) Once registered, please request to join the private clinic facebook group via the link below!
